Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
How To Return An Item?
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 10 days of your purchase.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt. 
Return Exceptions
Some items cannot be returned if they are opened. These include music, software, and video games, boxes with sealed wrappers, underwear,creams, lotions that are already tried. 
Merchandise item  that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. 
Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. 
If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping. 
Payment Policy

Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover)
Check/Money Order/postal orders from the Banks and Post office only are accepted. All personal checks are not accepted via delivery by post unless online banking. As such the process of delivery will be delayed  until the check is fully cleared and has no problem of rebound or any other issues that may arise.
Cash On Delivery  only upon request that the client will collect from us. There will no personal drop ship that  will be done by us unless at a very near distance that our personnel able to reach you. It is advisable and notified that not all Cash on Delivery will be entertained due to personal safety. Customers will need to wait at a place for the collection of the goods/items. 
Credit Card Charges
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.  All refund can only be taken place when goods are not sent out yet. In any case the goods are sent out and a refund is requested, no refund transaction is allowed but can be done when goods are received and returned in good condition without opening at all. All inspection will be done prior to this matter.
Refund will proceed when all are returned to us without any deterrent on the items and all are in good conditions.
Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
Pos Laju
Pos Malaysia Courier Service
and others if requested and relevant.
Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers. 
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. 
Back Orders 
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. 
Returned parcels due to unattended by customers
In case the item is returned to us  due to no recipient upon arrival of goods, customers need to pay a certain fee for second delivery.
At normal procedures, a notice ticket/card will be left by our courier personnel.  Customers need to attend to it as soon as possible to avoid a retour of the parcel to us.
